UPY 940, the North Little Rock Centennial locomotive, sits on the Progress Rail tracks on President's Island in Memphis, TN. I would assume it is here to be scrapped.

UPY 940, specially stenciled for the North Little Rock Centennial in 2004, leads a short local amidst Kansas City's downtown. The shot was taken from inside the Westin Hotel near Union Station.
